Urban loadout kit

Questions for 18D, PA, MD, EMT-P who had been attached to embassy detail
Beyond MARCH and CABC equipment , how do you configure your loadout kit? Which fluid? ( no refrigeration) txa? Cric? Prophylactic Abx? Portable o2 w NRB? IO drill?
Generous weight limit since it’s not dismounted

I am soliciting best practice and lesson-learned.
Basically doing medical support with PHTLS expectation for a QRF, who responds to diplomats and their protection details if a nation wide event goes south. The protective details can be expected to do self aid. The diplomats not so much although they received familiarisation prior to deploying. My understanding is the armoured vehicle serves as CCP and care is performed while enroute to host nation ER. I should not worry about care under fire inshallah. Besides, a viral picture of one wearing Red Cross/ crescent vest while holding weapon or worse, firing, would be non kosher.
