What? Did you say "There's ALWAYS a way!" ?
From the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:
Quote:
Marinette County Clerk Kathy Brandt was relying on "coffee, caffeine and chocolate" to keep her tabulators happy and even planning to play Christmas music CDs. But that wasn't how the county has been most creative.
"Our facility guys are pretty tech-savvy," she said. "When I put a call out for something to hold the rolls of ballots, (they found a way to modify) toilet paper holders."

There can be little doubt that the Klintons are involved in this effort. They may very well have funded it (with someone else's money of course.) Since they will not go away then they need to be put away, they could have faded into the sunset but have chosen not too. The new administration needs to deal with this criminal empire when Trump takes office. They are not so special that they get a walk.

Roger. I have been of the opinion that as a result of the election results they will fade into insignificance.
Apparently that's not the case.

The Greens and Stein's initial attack on Pennsylvania has failed. Word is now that they will go to federal court to force a statewide recount. The margin of victory has narrowed as final vote tallys are in, but still not close enough to institute the automatic recount provided for under Pennsylvania law.
And on the Wisconsin front, it appears that recount efforts have resulted in 2 votes going to Klinton. That's $1.75M per vote thus far.

I still don't believe the effort has ever been about finding the occasional errant votes or some altruistic nod to election integrity. It's about bogging down process to get the whole state's electoral package tossed for busting a deadline. Nobody, including the people that voted for Stein, believes they are acting as some shining knight, raging against the machine (unless they're making poses in a mirror).
If the Fed court (whoever hears that, maybe an Obama-appointee) rules for Stein to circumvent existing PA recount law/requirements - another meddling in states' self-determination - one should reflect on the importance of all judicial appointments. If it goes in Stein's favor, a question for the court would be, "ok, well are you going to extend the overall deadline for the electors to cast their votes?"

I would like to see the states send Jill Stein a letter explaining that if she had not run for POTUS and taken the votes away from Hillary in the first place, Ms. Klinton would have almost certainly been elected President.

LOL, absolutely true enough. The whole thing is like watching a recalcitrant child looking around a room at some unsympathetic bigger kids.

Wisconsin continues to burn through Stein's "OPM" (Other people's money)
They should ramp up the effort to the tune of $7,000,000.00 concluding abruptly on December the 9th.
Just sayin'

The big hives are more expensive. Smaller counties are paying their volunteers $10/hr; naturally in Madison it's $20/hr. You know, safe-space surcharge & tithing to the High Church of Akademia, etc.
Nice trend. Screw 'em.

DETROIT – Michigan must begin its presidential recount at noon Monday, a federal judge ruled in a late-night order that could make it more likely the state will complete the count ahead of next week's deadline.

Don't forget the added bonus of being able to fundraise a quick $5 million.
