Sounds like local law enforcement have a grasp on how to lure it back with bait. It's always sad to see the situation get this point though. If only Soldiers would have more Situational Awareness while "Safely Back Home", all of this might be avoided... Maybe they can return the beast to the wild? Get it out away from populated areas?
