She can't be fired, not even by the Donald!
Whether elected to that office or a stipulation in the law she has her job until she retires, resigns, or dies.

Apparently, there are still democrats with principles at the state level. The Democratic National Committee ran the last one of those off with Joe Liebermann.

The liberal majority in the SCOTUS got it wrong!
The constitutional answer (interpretation) should have been the dissolution of marriage as an institutional and legally binding agreement for all. Not the inclusion of all. There is no right to marriage!
That would have at least fixed the legal wrangling over the definition of marriage. The biblical version is a little more complicated but has no place in our constitution, and the states, federal government, military and so forth could use many existing documents and forms for property rights, custody issues of children, taxes and wealth distribution for benefits offered or rejected.
If you don't like a religion or its founding principles, create your own, apparently it's easier than getting a marriage license in Podunk Co. KY., and doesn't violate the 1st Amendment.

The ultimate goal here is to strip the churches of their tax exempt status. That gives them more of the funds that the tithers have claimed as exemptions and the tax from the churches themselves. Adds up to quite at bit of moolah.

Under what circumstances, if any, would it be appropriate for American citizens to overthrow the United States government by force?
|
Revolutionary war started off “No taxation without representation.”
Civil war was fought after the Southern whites felt they were losing representation, which would hamper their ability to promote pro-slavery acts. The southerners wanted free trade (of exported cotton), whereas the north wanted to industrialize, but could only do so by increasing tariffs in the 1860s. Then there was also the issue of States Rights, where that each state had the right to secede at any time.
What I think will spark the next revolution or civil war will be the middle class finally getting fed up with the politicians in the upcoming presidential election. Public trust in the government is at 24%.
http://www.people-press.org/2014/11/...in-government/
Since 1979 we have seen a substantial drop in wealth for the middle class.
http://billmoyers.com/2015/01/26/middle-class/
As of a report today 94,031,000 Americans are not in the labor force.
http://cnsnews.com/news/article/susa...-stuck-38-year
We are a tinder box, soaked in gasoline. If the next presidential election pisses off the middle class…BOOOM! All it will take are some militia men firing a couple shots off at a federal building.
“The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ... What country before ever existed a century and half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.”

The goal is to drive people with certain moral convictions from the government and military.
Moral restraint among those who hold office is a serious impediment to the consolidation of power.
Some sub-societies who practice certain belief systems have more success than others.
This is why federalism is also an impediment.
Like-minded people would congregate in some states, and, if they had a better way of living, their benefit would be lost to the states from which they fled.
Have to make it so the serfs can't flee.

Diminish God...
Decry the Constitution...
Revile the Bill of Rights...
Burn the Flag...
Elevate Government...
It's all falling into place...

It occurs to me that people should be going to jail for failing to issue concealed carry permits.
