I swear it looks like he's in Walmart, which would pretty well explain everything, the place is full of ass clowns, it's worse than my worse 60's acid trip.

Bo might have had no idea how to pin them on, but it's likely those are all really his own gongs.

There's a great picture of him in khakis (great uniform, eliminated 30 years ago) with about five foreign jump wings on the right breast. Thing is, at one time that was legal. (the jump wings, not the silly display in the photo you posted).

His son Jim who liked to be called "Bo" also went SF, but was... how shall I put this diplomatically... ah screw it... a total waste of skin.

Here's one I ran across on a blog for a photographer in Philadelphia. I'm not sure whether he's posing as some sort of vet or a retired Chinese Fire Marshall on his way to yet another fire drill. Amazing.
