...the fly probably died from food poisoning before the hit squad had a chance to take him out.
However, everyone needs to save their pity for the fly. It was clearly a liberal fly because a conservative fly wouldn't have been willing to land on her at any cost.

Hell, she can't even enforce a "No Fly Zone" on her face.
