MBITR Pouch

Yo Joes. Team is about to go to the stan and I'm trying to acquire a good MBITR pouch. The issued one is mediocre. Would like to see what you recommend. I did a search but didn't see any good recent threads. I've browsed around at Tactical Tailor (too damned expensive) and Diamondback (not what I need). No Blackhawk recommendations please.

I'll be wearing mine on my back, but I'd like one that has a panel so one can access the screen and buttons without removing it from the pouch. If it is secured with a fast-ex type device, even better. I plan on purchasing 13, non-gov funds.

Much thanks in advance.

Check out TAG. Tactical Assault Gear. A few of the guys on our team have grabbed some gear from them. Tm SGT and I are rolling the forearm map cases.
The MBTR pouches may fit your needs.
Hope this helped.

I use the TAG MBITR pouch old version. It has a cover that is on the front that allows you to pull it off to see the display. The new version has draw strings that allow it to drop down at a 90 degree angle. The radio front faces the body so you can make changes without having to take the radio out of the pouch. Pretty good setup

Oh shit, forgot all about TAG. Yeah they make good stuff. Thanks for the bit about the forearm map case, I meant to snag some of those.

TAG looks to be it.

I've got the MSA Paraclete pouch on my kit and really like it.
The front panel is hook-n-loop, and allows access to keypad and screen.

Absolutely the best one on the market, not to mention can't go wrong ordering from Grey Group.
