The goal in many areas of demonstrating the powerlessness of the current governance is being worked just fine. They just have to be sharp on where they go & whether it works where that network node is. In many of the areas where this has happened, particularly the left coast, the citizenry left dangling hasn't made the leap from "there is no governing rule-of-law" (to protect me) to "thus, I will make my private version of rule-of-law." It will be interesting to see if/when that occurs.
