SOF Handle Stress Better.

Newsweek just published an article that states studies show SOF handle stress better and bounce back faster than conventional troops. It is an interesting read. They attribute it to higher and more sustainable levels of Neuropeptide Y and limited heartrate variability. Of course, I'm sure training and protoplasm has a lot to do with it.

Despite the fact that Newsweek just published it, that is old news here.

Search for Neuropeptide Y and read.
