Larry Vickers raided by the ATF?

Heard about it from a few other sources but couldn't find a good link.

Holy cow. Of all people. Guess the feds hauled off quite a few of his weapons and he's still recovering from cancer?

Feel sorry for Larry. Met him many years ago.

Plz post links to this event.

LV charity TF Dagger, was the recipient of a 5 year program a the jersey shore. The event drew hundreds of contestants and thousands of onlookers. LV and several AD/ODA's over the years made the event a statewide must attend.

I'm certain the fully comp AC excursion, suites and amenities, produced a number of tales.

AFT's recent "forfeiture" list

My understanding is that in the middle of health battles he lost his FFL.
Vultures swoop. Note the bargain basement valuations.
Grrrr.

The dead line for renew of ATF Form 5630.7 is June 30th. Some speculate the ball was dropped and they (ATF) were chomping at the bit to come in and get the goodies.

https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/fo...atf-form-56307.

No actual charges are pending in a court that I have found.
He has until 11/23/2021 to file claim to get them back but I'm sure there will be a fine or charge to get anything back from them.

Very puss move on the ATF's part and a good case of why Forfeiture laws are stupid and can be abused. IMO.

Hope he has some good legal assistance as he navigates through this issue. Would hate to see him get in any serious trouble. Met him back in the day and he's a good guy.
