Too funny.. Subaru has been working hard to make the ForEster more appealing to a younger market. I literally had the Subaru salesman tell me I was "too young" to purchase a ForEster.

Somebody in marketing is going down... Or maybe not?

OK - funny story: the new deputy got in last year and he's a big trekker/runner/ultra guy. He's showing me his car and I causally remark that I tried to buy one once but they wouldn't sell it to me. He asks: "Why?"

I replied:" 'cause I'm not gay."

Busted out laughing. Even he had to admit that the preferred market for years were the metrosexual, lumber-jack lesbians.

That's funny. They've had that image to surmount in some cases. I had one for a loaner for a couple days once and they're actually pretty good cars and I hear they sell 'em now to straight white males too.
