The flag is Kuwaiti and the guy on the far left appears to have a Kuwaiti Armed Forces sleeve patch, so I'll guess Fort Dix. Or possibly Kuwait or Saudi Arabia.

This is purely from memory and I haven't run a search.

Wasn't there some Prince (Royalty), I think from Kuwait that flew
Sortie's during Gulf War 1. Isn't that him? Doesn't look
like a flight suit though.
