land navagation prep books

Is there any land nav books out there to prepare myself for what i should expect. I would like to go ahead prepare the correct way instead of having to relearn when i am in.

If you wait till you are at SFAS, they can teach you the way they want and you will not have ro unlearn all of those bad habits you were given by people you do not know via the internet.
