Unit Remembered

Coalition soldiers gather to commemorate the 65th anniversary of 1st Special Service Force in Bagram, Afghanistan on 9 July 2007. The 1st Special Service Force consisted of elite soldiers from both Canada and United States who conducted numerous pertinent operations during World War 2. (US Army photo by SPC Keith D. Henning.)
