pulled the trigger...

Ok. My cheap ass finally broke down and decided I can pay some S&H for the best seasoning around! It didn't help that I just also pulled the trigger on 1/4 of an Angus beef to pick up this month then 1/2 of a Longhorn ready in about 120 days.

Aww I'm on your mind aren't I ~batting eyelashes~ That was AM's advice, pretty smart idea actually!

Even though I strictly limit my salt usage, I finally ordered the large shaker of seasoned salt and also the EggCitment. Should arrive tomorrow.

I'll have to try the seasoned pepper, though I have been on a huge lemon pepper kick for a while now.

Have been looking for a "do-all" field seasoning to make local flora and fauna, as well as MRE's palatable. Thank you, sir for the tip. I will be ordering the salt and pepper. (And maybe the hot as well!)

Used to use Heinz 57 sauce on MRE's my first time around, but have since developed a distaste for all things Heinz...

I agree Gypsy. The Eggcitement is my favorite! Any other way to eat eggs is just plain BLAND!

In retrospect I agree...any other way will now be too bland for me. I was truly amazed...makes me want to eat eggs every day, which wouldn't necessarily make the doc happy. But I'll at least do so once a week now. Wow!

My order just showed up today! Found an shaker of chili seasoning in there as an added bonus!... probably because I had ordered one of everything else.

Can hardly wait to start cooking with it. The serendipity tasked great eaten straight!

Salt

This is the absolutly best seasoning salt out there! After reading about it here, I ordered some....well since then, I have ordered more as Christmas gifts, etc...it is fantastic! Just my 2 cents!

After reading the reviews and checking out the site, I could not resist. One four lb. tub and a side of the 'Hot' heading my way. I told them "A Special Forces Master Sergeant recommended it."

My Resupply just arrived and the APO manager is now going to buy some. We had lunch and she and her other two people tried the Pepper and Salt and fell in love with them.

Jess Hall's seasonings are the best....

A skeptic converted...

Ok. I was skeptical. I'm convinced now.

Serendipity and Seasoned Pepper now sit on the dinner table as I find myself reaching for either of those as opposed to plain salt or pepper. Have grilled with it , used it on salads, pizza, eggs... whatever.

Good stuff.

I shold have listened to my brothers and just ordered a 4lb tub to start, because that's what I'm going to be getting when I reorder anyway.
