SOG FOB2 later CCC
Anyone spent time at FOB 2 later CCC durning 1966 to 1968
Was there with SFC Howard later COL Howard also served with him
Korea 1989-91. Not to many of us left as I was 21 years old when I was at CCC. Most of the SF pax there were old guys. The SGM was Desoto. I remember Butrim, thomas, snake adams, squrill sprouse, Terry, Goodhue, Woods, Shriver, Zabotoski, Musselman and a bunch more. Also a lady outside the gate name raunchy crouch ran the local club.

Plenty of former SOG and VN era SF on here
Welcome ODA751:
There's a section on the forum for intro's you should post on per the rules as well as get a wider net on your lookout for old friends. One of the Moderators (Ambush master) is former SOG vet (forget which RT, but it's on his avatar).

There's a name I've not heard in a while.....We used to call SGM Musselman the "Troll" (and a few other things). Great SGM w/ lots of knowledge.

The one man I remember from my 77th SF Grp.brief experience is MSGT Desoto,SGM's weren't a rank at that time(1956).......... The gal that I recall is "bicycle annie",she got her name because she would ride her bike out into the boondocks and ( ) with the guys!......

I've studied every aspect of you guys from that era.
There will never be another, nor has there been, a group of humans with the same steel and intellect.
The Spartans are cheerleaders to you guys.
You're why I got my Green Beret, and I'm overwhelmed to be a part of it.
