N.Y. AG -vs- NRA
Political Agendas
Regardless of your particular opinion on the NRA...
If accusations of Fraud and Abuse by outsiders are a basis for dissolving an entity what of the DNC, RNC, Kongress various Unions...etc...etc...

I'm guessing well over 90% of the US Congress could be dissolved under rules like that.
I wonder what an ancient Greek philosophizer would say about some silly shit like this ??

I hear gears whirring....
Or in the words of James Madison:
“Had every Athenian citizen been a Socrates, every Athenian assembly would still have been a mob.”

News like this could spell big trouble for the Clinton Foundation and Slush Fund. Or is the AG ok with them?

Ari Fleischer said it best today...
“Don’t pick a fight with the supporters of the 2nd Amendment in an election year! You only embolden them show up and vote!” (Major backfire for NY AG)
And yeah, if this is the new standard the Washington Swamp needs drained!

Making a "major national announcement" seems to imply that someone outside of New York cares what the NY AG says or thinks.
(Spoiler: We don't.)
Traditional Republicans are foolishly ignoring the weaponization of the legal system. I think they assume that it will stop with Trump; but, they forget Tom Delay and the indictment of Rick Perry. Once the left finds a tactic that works, they never let it go.
I'm torn between annoyance at the antis being able to claim a victory, and wondering if this is for the best in the long run.
The NRA has proven to be broken, and likely too far gone to be salvaged - especially with this baggage. A mercy killing would speed up shifting of funding and energy to more viable gun rights orgs.

Problem there is that the Left will then move on to the other Second Amendment Orgs with the same claims.
Best might be that the NRA gets rid of the top tier and lots of the rest of us join up.

As to the notion of dissolution of the NRA, regardless of feelings about Wayne's wardrobe or the compromisers at the NRA in general, this is "Cancel Culture" writ large. It needs to be shoved right back up their ass.

Disbarment would seem to be the only resolution to people like this AG and the Circuit Judge in St. Louis charging the McClusty’s (sic) with a crime and then issuing an order to strip them of their constitutional rights. Which is all unconstitutional!
I’m sure the list is very long and NY would seem to be a fine place to start.
Chief Justice Roberts need to sh!t or get off the pot as well.
