Hector's a good man

I first met him when he was a young Captain going through SFQC, class 2-87. Being an 18E, I'd like to think I helped him pass the course by not losing the crypto! I've attached our class photo with Hector, Ed Reeder, and myself circled. Good times.

I've deployed with both. I'd take Hector any day. He is a true SF officer.
