House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will travel to the southern border of the U.S. on Saturday to be briefed by Customs and Border Protection on the flood of unaccompanied minors entering the country.
Pelosi said. “We must ensure our laws are fully enforced, so that due process is provided to unaccompanied children and the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children is protected. We must also work to address the root causes of the problem.”

You know, maybe, just maybe, eliminating our borders, increasing entitlements, running up more debt and expanding the voting base might just be consistent with current Democrat party philosophy...maybe Ms. Rim Job 2013 is being consistent. 
For Pelosi and her ilk it's all about maintaining power and relevance.
Roll on November 2014 - these fools must be removed from office before the damage they inflict is much greater.

With all these countries sending their children up here for safety, they ought to be looking at why it is safer. 238 years ago, our ancestors decided that freedom from oppression was more important than personal safety and went to war with the most powerful country in the world at that time. Our ancestors suffered and died so this country would be a better place for their children and grand children. Time to step up to the plate, Latin America. Time to show some courage and take care of your own business. Stand up to the criminals, choose honest leaders. Take responsibility for the problems you created in your own countries. When you do that, you will get some respect...

Evidently, overspending, over-borrowing, expanding the welfare system, failing to create jobs and failing to exploit domestic energy resources won't wreck the US economy fast enough...now we need to redistribute world poverty by importing it...you go girl.
