Not too surprising. The floated the idea of the trampoline being its own sporting event. All I could think of was "The Man's Show: Girls on Trampolines!"

Maybe they'll finally get back to the original meaning of the "sport".

Stripping to become Olympic event
I'm waiting for these headlines myself.......... And after "pole dancing" should not be too long a wait.

Scoring can be based on dollars received and not some judge's selective likes or dislikes. The winner can get a Benjiman slipped into her tights, the runner ups can get a Grant and a Jackson.

Diversity demands that the Olympics create new classes of participants so as not to make any athlete feel marginalized because their chosen gender is not recognized.
Can't wait for next Olympics to see if any country's athletes other than the US kneel in protest on the podium during the playing of their national anthem.
Less seriously though...if pole dancing (and stripping) are added, these must be women only "sports" and none of the women can look like Eastern European shotputters.

I totally support this as an Olympic sport...and will lend my signature to any/all petitions.
I also believe that sucking the chrome off of a bumper hitch should be included.
Now we are getting somewhere!

We have a flight attendant friend that said that she could suck the brass off a chrome door knob. She's a certain Yankee's manager's widow.

Truth be told, I watch the Olympics as often as I pay to watch colon kleperdink play football. They could add foosball and hopscotch and it wouldn't impact the hours I spend following the Olympics.
Again, I find more value in my collection of Sears catalogs.
