Gott Collers? or Igloo? or Pelican?
NRA vs yeti
Two different letters are going around.

Yeti has a retail store in Austin, last year they posted it with No Concealed Carry (30.06) and No Open Carry (30.07) signs, as well as a blue TABC 51% (concealed carry allowed sign). After a "BS outcry" from the gun community here in Texas they removed the signs and claimed not to know what signs they were supposed to be posting (the red TABC sign is all that was required). Not many people believed their story then either.
Personally, I prefer RTIC, another Texas company and its products are much cheaper than Yeti.

I have RTIC and Pelican.
Both get the job done.
Pelican is American made.

I picked up a soft sided 24 qt Polar Bear. Using a couple 1 qt freezer packs, it will keep food plenty cool for 2-3 days. My daughter has a 12 qt. During the summer we take the kids to the pool daily 9am-7pm. They work well even in the NOVA heat.

The only Yeti products I have were all left in the classroom by students. I would never spend my own money on any.

I never got the attraction; always thought the price tags were someone's mistake. My old Igloo goes on weekend trips in the summer w/food + big bag of ice & still has cubes left on Sunday afternoon. The list of things my money can go to instead is a long one; they've never wanted my money because they want too much of it for what it is. So I can subsidize some professional endorsements? GFY.

Yeti ....What, the ape-like creature (sort of looks like John Kerry) taller than an average human, Abominable Snowman thingy? LOL.....Yeti, even their drink tumblers cost a small fortune...
Pelican...now those are sweet....I like their gun cases too.....

I still drink coffee from a cup I took from a D-Fac in Afghanistan almost a decade ago...
...I don't let my coffee sit long enough to get cold - so I don't need Yeti
If I put ice in something, I intend on drinking it before the ice melts...
...fuck Yeti

Both over rated and priced. At the prices Yeti charges, they had better come with a hand job at the very least.
