It would have been more impressive if a stick of paratroopers popped out at the end.

Oh yeah, that was great for the pilots.
Not so much for anybody not facing forward and aware of what was about to happen (BTDT).

Obviously a well executed flight demonstration (notice the quick top loop to keep the aircraft under positive G's at all times) and extending and retracting the flaps during the maneuvers. A STOL take off and a supershort landing with full brakes and some serious prop reverse, obviously with zero cargo and minimal fuel.

But what does that have to do with sales of an all terrain cargo aircraft?

And what is the price compared to many used C-130's from countries around the world?

The loop itself shouldn't be that big of a deal once you figure out the entry speed. It's basically a 3G maneuver if the pull-out altitude is timed correctly. I believe the 60-degree spiral to landing is about the same or more. Pilots don't feel it like passengers.
