Looking to vet a retired SF troop for potential employment
I am trying to vet an individual for potential employment and I believe he is legitamate after the initial interview.......however, I would like a little more background reassurance before we make any committments. Anyone that can speak from personal knowledge about this individual I would greatly appreciate it and it will help my decision making process for potential hire.
Here is a brief background history of the individual in question:
Name: John B. Amaker
Experience:SF qualified since 1978, various assignments throughout the years. Retired 1993.
Assignments: USASOC, USASFC, 3rd SFG, 5th SFG, 7th SFG, 19th SFG, 20th SFG, 4th POG, 96th CA, 1st SWC TNG Group, 1 SFG.
Any information will be helpful! Hopefully I have posted this thread in the right location to get a rapid response.
Thanks.

There was an Amaker in 1-7th circa 1979-81 - went by Bruce - don't remember which company or team he was on though.

Amaker
I got to 7th Group in 1992, I can't say for sure but, that name sounds real familiar.

I know for a fact there was an Amaker but for the life of me I'm not sure of the first name.

Did a quick search on AKO, found a MSG John B. Amaker, Retired/Contractor for GD. Status for his organization, depending on when that was last updated, is claiming ARSODTC (Army Special Operations Digital Training Center).
Hope that helps.

I don't think we should be putting a brother's personal info out in public here.
If you have input and you feel the urge to share it, please PM the OP.
