18D reclass question

I am reclassing to 18D from 18C. I have a class start date of 22 Jan 08 but the problem is, according to ATRRS that is the start date for the whole Q course. I am not really interested in repeating the entire Q Course. I just want phase III. I am in Iraq now so it is hard to get answers but what I am trying to find out is when phase III for the class that starts on 22 Jan 08 is and if I report then or if, for some reason, I have to report earlier.

Thanks

SFC W

Class dates

SFC W,

A new class starts every 6 weeks or so now. The next time I'm over there I'll ask around and see if I can find out a schedule for you. Stay safe.

You could probably call the Training Group S-3 shop and find out.

Do you need the number?

I actually had to call them to get into the course but I have moved since then and no longer have access to a green side phone. I do appreciate the help though. We just had our change of command and dedication ceremony for our new OPCEN (we named it Conner Hall by the way) and the group CSM was down. He approached me and asked me if I was really serious about reclassing to 18D. I told him I was and he just gave me a weird look, shook his head and walked away. He was instrumental in getting me into the course though. I am pretty psyched about it. I have been cross-training with our team 18Ds whenever possible.

I have another question for anyone at SWCS. I am not bringing my family with me for the year that I am in the course. I plan on coming back to 10th Group. Is there any type of geo-bachelor barracks for 18Ds who are reclassing? I seem to remember that there was not but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks.

No GEO- status afforded to anyone anymore while here at SWTG(A).

See PM for further detail.
