Google should be your friend - especially if you are considering the possibility of tossing your VA money at them:

The Better Business Bureau is always a good place to start:

Employee reviews are generally going to make the company sound awesome so read with caution:
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Mycomputercareer/reviews

Complaint boards make them sound like criminals so again, read with caution:
https://www.complaintsboard.com/comp...s-c377566.html

The truth is somewhere in the middle of employee reviews and unhappy customers.

I would talk with your nearest education center on post ,or dig a little deeper to see what pops up. F
or the money - I would also consider looking into a regular degree path in IT or certificate courses from an established university if you are spending VA benefits. it would be a shame to spend your VA money on an on-line certificate mill that doesn't really provide you with a long term payoff.

........just my two cents

Check out a community college in your area.

And as the registration requires, introduce yourself in the proper place before posting again.

Been there done that. Looking for information to see if I should use my VA on this or go to a real college. I hear a lot about people needing certificates for jobs in the IT field.. I don't want to go to a cert mill.. I want to learn. I have read good things..and bad things about this place. I wasn't sure if anyone had attempted their fate at this and had any luck at it. I am transitioning and trying to find a good place to execute my VA benefits...and get a bang for my buck..But if this isn't a "real" college.. how can the VA even entertain the waste of my government GI Bill money to not get a degree out of this? is that even possible??? That doesn't make sense to me how the government would let this happen to veterans and allow schools to take our money like its candy for nothing more than a hand out.

I second the recommendation of local community college or technical school.

It removes any possibility of sending your hard earned benefits to an organization of questionable reputation.

Entry level IT goal should be getting A+ Certification, followed by Network + Certification and then additional certifications based upon the particular IT career path you choose to pursue. There is a great deal of specialization in IT/Computer fields, but starting with the basic certifications is a good way to get your foot in the door for a entry level position that will allow you to learn more and make decisions about where in the IT industry you want to go.

If you have the talent for software development, I don't believe you'll ever be lacking for opportunities if you keep your coding skills up to day and keep learning new products.

Best of luck in your future.

Yeah I did some research... not wasting my GI bill here. Looks like the reviews for this place are not consistent and the bad reviews are seriously negative. For every bad review there are good ones right after it. It looks like these are employees covering for bad practices to make them look better. Not my preference. I feel I will get better quality education and a diploma using my money at a real school. Thanks for the help.
