That appears to be an annex in the one I’ve got dated 12 Feb 1970. The one I posted is 55 pages long and includes the annex you posted. Good reading none the less.

The copies are out there Solid. I was messing with you as is Steve. Mine is a true old copy, as for the the others I cannot say. I will not sell my copy, has to do with where I got it and who gave it to me. You are on your own as far as finding a copy. If you pay more than 2 pounds you've paid too much.

I'm looking. I've found some suppliers of 'SF-Only FMs' in the UK, but haven't had the time to find out if they sell them to non-SF. If so, I'll tell you guys about them after I buy my copies

If anyone has one of those fancy book-photocopying machines and the full FM, I would be happy to pay for the work.
