The Andersonville Trial

I watched a movie (play actually) that I first saw in 1970 and once after on PBS. It was a George C. Scott (Patton) directed play taped for PBS with an outstanding cast. It portrays the trial of CAS Capt. Henry Wirz following the Civil war. I've searched for it for decades and found it on the forbidden site.

Here is a clip: https://www.*******.com/watch?v=cZ1h2kh1tHE (You know what to do.)

And here is the play (disregard the 4 and a half hours, it was recorded several times but start at the beginning since the other segments are only partial): https://www.*******.com/watch?v=HwANdJOFu9A

p.s.: The actor playing the General and President of the Court, Cameron Mitchell, became a friend of mine a few years later when we worked together on a film.

This could be shown in UCMJ training classes.
