1st guess RPG, but the belt is wrong
2nd Kalashnikov RPL-20, but it's 5.45x39mm

You can't see the MG, what we are looking at is an upside down linked belt probably draped over what he is shooting waiting to be fed into the tray.
That steel section it is laying on is not the weapon receiver..

This is AOC's new "carbon neutral" version. The bullets go in and the EPA-compliant gun makes new ones that come out the other side.
