Nearly half of young Americans say it's OK to fire people who support Trump
An interesting article

"...People throw the word “fascist” around today much too carelessly for it to be useful. If that word can be applied to an everyday person, however, someone who believes you should lose your job based on who you vote for is a pretty sturdy working definition..."
A look at where the USA is today.

ah.... telling people "I told you so" 137 times per day is the worst part of my life.

Manipulation of language and the denial of otherwise free speech is critical to the subversive revolutionary goals of progressives, statists, globalists, socialists, anarchists and communists.

We have become a nation of cowards who are becoming more cowardly by the day.
It's sad to see how weak we have become in such a short time as a nation. We are in trouble.

But, Even the Sheeple when counted in the millions can be a formidable bunch of turds.
I am very concerned. Not that I can be fired. I am retired. No, I am concerned because if you can be fired because of your politics..
That same twisted logic can be applied to denying Social Security, Medicare benefits, mortgage interest rates, college entrance criteria.
Only the people with the right politics will be allowed to receive ANY benefits.
As we FOGs and VFOG get old and there are fewer of us, the sheeple by default will become the ruling supermajority.

Yes sir. Honestly, I'm not sure we aren't there already. I feel as though we are treading water and barely staying afloat. There are still some good men and women who haven't bowed their knees to the "Baal" of politics, but now they are being forced to shut their mouths due to fear of reprisals that are deemed "one-way" because of their political affiliations. I'm not sure that can be changed at this point in the game. It's sad!

So when should I sew a cross onto my clothing and an armband, with a “C” for conservative?
Asking for a friend.

The scarlet "C" will be placed on the required masks that we will all be wearing for the foreseeable future.

The character assassinations I get at work for dissenting against BLM and the tenets of Critical Race Theory are mostly civil. I learned today my thinking was illogical, prone to hysterical outbursts of “woke scolds”, and needlessly concerned about perceived enemies dox’ing me.
This was in response to my workplace web post about employees’ fear of expressing dissenting opinion.

We knew there was going to be a problem with the millennial generation and Gen-Z, but I think we have underestimated the indoctrination they were getting at institutions of higher education.
What is now plainly evident is that two generations of American born children (now young adults) are lost and most likely will be dependent on government programs for the rest of their lives.
The good news is it’s a rather small percentage of the overall population and many immigrants have not been brainwashed by academia.
The other good news is the cancer of their own cancel culture will ultimately self-correct both Hollywood and democratic ideology espoused by the current far left.
I’m so surprised the left is advocating not reopening primary school and are going to keep brick and mortar universities closed. People will realize they never needed to go broke and in debt for a piss poor education.

One consequence of the inability to engage in civil disagreement with each other is going to be violence. It's going to come when the ruined, "cancelled" person puts a .38 into the face of some media personality or former boss; it can come when a whole group of people go into a neighborhood to "cancel" a culture that doesn't consent to being cancelled.
This divisiveness is not new. It is an age-old battle of "I will control you & what's best for you" vs. "just leave me alone." (For some, watching Hollywood eat their own is spectator sport.) I suspect that many young people have not been brought along to know right from wrong (or law of the land), as well as being unable to see consequences of such things where, perhaps, firing someone is regarded as a minor matter.

There are a lot of "cool-guy gear" websites that sell Velcro-backed Crusader Cross morale patches. I might pick up a couple more for my plate carrier and assault vests, which I only have on hand for nostalgic reasons.

Absolutely. And then I wonder how many of them are employed.
