Cancel Culture: How far will they go?

Cancel Culture:

It's not where they are going. We know that. They want to Cancel all vestiges of what they believe is WRONG, from statues of "heroes & notables", books that portray WRONG, to WRONG names of buildings and sports teams. All must be eradicated.

The problem is how far they will go to Cancel their perceived WRONG.

Do they have a plan to Cancel the Julian Calendar?
Do they have a plan to Cancel the name of the DNC?
Do you need to be Canceled because your surname is the same as a prior President deemed WRONG?

With a generation of il-taught children that think participation trophies are the norm, I see no end to their twisted logic.

IDK, Change my mind??

Quote:
Democratic Party may have a date with 'cancel culture,' Princeton professors argue, Authors said the 'cancel culture' movement seems based on 'twisted logic'
By Edmund DeMarche | Fox News

Two professors from Princeton University co-authored a column published Thursday that took apart the country’s current “cancel culture” that they consider to be based on “twisted logic,” but they said if the trend continues – to be fair – the movement should consider relegating the Democratic Party to “the dustbin of history.”

They point out that there is a clear movement afoot in the country that aims to erase the “symbols and exemplars of American society” that have suddenly become the targets of an “unprecedented iconoclastic purge.”

The column mentioned the obvious targets: Civil War generals, slave owners, but they also point out that the movement goes much further. Universities across the U.S., for example, are quickly changing the names on school buildings to keep up with the trend. They pointed out that their own university changed the name of its Woodrow Wilson School.

Christopher L. Eisgruber, the school’s president, wrote in a letter last month that the school’s board of trustees “concludes that Wilson’s racist views and policies makes him an inappropriate namesake for the School of Public and International Affairs.”

Klainerman and Londregan wrote, “Shall we also change the names of months? We might start with July, which honors Julius Caesar, who by common standards committed genocide against the Gauls, and August, named after the man who put the last nail in the coffin of the Roman Republic and declared himself emperor — both were also slave owners themselves as well as leaders of vast slave empires."

The two then looked at the history of the Democrat Party that up to the 1960s “was the party of slavery, Jim Crow, segregation, the Ku Klux Klan, lynching, poll taxes, and literacy tests for voting."

They listed other offenses that Democrats committed in the previous decades-- including President Franklin D. Roosevelt's treatment of Japanese-Americans during WWII-- and noted that the party has “been able to redefine itself over the past half-century as the champion of minorities.”

But they concluded that the party’s "divide-and-conquer approach concerning race, ethnicity, sex, and sexual preferences has advanced their political ambitions to the detriment of our unifying motto E pluribus Unum."

My guess is that they’ll have no problem going from DNC to DSA...Democratic Socialists of America.

Cancel Culture: How far will they go?

I did some reading and the great ancient Greek Philosophizer, Chris Berman once said, "They... could... go... all... the... way!!!"

When Berman The Great was asked were he thought western society was was headed, he energetically responded: "Back, back, back, back...Gone!"

1)do we Cancel all German and Japanese products(including vehicles) because their leaders were prosecuted as war criminals for the murder of millions?

2)do we Cancel all products from Central America because they were cannibals and eviscerated their foes by cutting the harts from the living victims

3)do we Cancel all contact with individual states in Central America, South America, and the Middle East because they used slave labor to build their Pyramids? Likewise, China for using slaves to build the Great Wall?

Kindergarten Cop Is Canceled, Likened to Birth of a Nation

".....It's true Kindergarten Cop is only a movie. So are Birth of a Nation and Gone With the Wind, but we recognize films like those are not 'good family fun.'…They are relics of how pop culture feeds racist assumptions. Because despite what the movie shows…in reality, schools don't transform cops. Cops transform schools, and in an extremely detrimental way....."

Cancel Goldilocks

I think we need to go after Goldilocks and the Three Bears next.
Submitted for your review and comment:

Goldilocks is clearly someone of privilege; after all why else would someone just be wandering through the countryside and then just help themselves to a stranger’s home but why the bears? The Ursine family is your typical fairy tale traditional patriarchal template…
Papa Bear – who gets the hot meal? Papa Bear.
Who gets the cold meal? Mama Bear
Baby Bear - growing up in a harsh world often going to bed without even getting enough to eat.

Then along comes Goldilocks – the prototypical interloper keen to abuse her privilege if it suits her. Here is the bear family - struggling to make ends meet in a challenging economy but does Goldilocks care?
No.
Born with entitlement and privilege, yet she still finds it necessary to invade the home of the bear family; completely disrespecting their privacy and autonomy, she even tampered with their food – and what did she do to the child’s food?
She consumed ALL of it.
Then she destroyed the child’s chair.

She invaded their most intimate setting – their bedroom. The place where they lay their heads to rest – Goldilocks couldn’t leave it alone; she had to taint everyone’s bed - robbing them of their privacy and dignity. These poor pathetic bear’s lives were mired in social injustice – after all – they had been reduced to eating porridge as their sustenance because they probably couldn’t afford a healthy, gluten-free, organic, low-fat, free-trade, vegan diet…

Let’s analyze the behavior demonstrated by this spoiled rotten little bitch:
Papa Bears food was too hot, his chair was too hard, his bed was too hard; did Goldilocks ever consider that maybe…
…just maybe
…just maybe Papa Bears chair and bed where so hard because he had back issues and needed the extra support of firm cushions.
Nah – Goldilocks didn’t give a shit about his back condition – she just enjoys exploiting the working class for her own entertainment.

What about mama Bear?
She cooks the meals, cleans the house, takes care of the baby – and because she is busy tending to everyone else’s needs, she rarely even gets to eat a meal while it’s still hot.
Of course she needs a soft chair and a soft bed – she works her fingers to the fucking bone – oppressed by a patriarchal society that yearns to keep her at home - seen and not heard - barefoot and pregnant – but does Goldilocks care?
No- Goldilocks doesn’t give a popcorn shit about the systemic oppression of women – not if they are from a lower caste.

Then of course there is Baby Bear. Lost in a society that doesn’t even care if Baby Bear goes to bed hungry – Papa Bear and Mama Bear still have food – but Goldilocks ate every bit of Baby Bears food butyet when it was noticed that all of Baby Bears food had been eaten - what was the next thing you heard?
"Somebodys been sitting in my chair"…
…because fuck Baby Bear – amiright??

Then of course there is that busted ass chair; where does Baby Bear sit to do school work now?
Not at school – not while all the schools are closed down so that academia can attend peaceful protests.
And what are the teachers protesting?
Bear Lives Matter…
…and here are the Bears. Exploited – hungry – violated – afraid and insecure even in their own home.

Where is Goldilocks?

She is upstairs – asleep in the child’s bed.
Why does Goldilocks and her penchant for exploitation seem to gravitate towards the child?
-She eats the child’s food.
-She puts her fat entitled ass in the child’s chair and smashes it.
-She sleeps in the child’s bed – confident that the bears are powerless to do anything to her except complain that someone has eaten their food, broken their chairs, and invited themselves into their bedrooms.
Why?

Because everything about the child is “just right”.

Well, let me explain something - “Just Right” is a social construct, put in place by none other than Goldilocks herself.
How does Goldilocks know that the “correct” temperature for porridge in the bear’s culture isn’t actually “cold”???
Why in the fuck were the bears out walking to begin with?
To let their porridge cool.
Does it matter? No – Goldilocks will determine what is “just right” for the bears.

Here’s a thought – was Baby Bear a male or female?
Nobody knows – and who cares – why should Baby Bear have a voice in any of this anyway – Baby Bear didn’t pay for that chair so quit whining about your broken chair – you didn’t build that chair Baby Bear !!!

In closing, it should be noted, in all this commotion – what price did Goldilocks pay for her intrusion? What was her penalty for breaking into their home, taking their food, and destroying their furniture?

…nothing.

Goldilocks paid no fines – she tendered no reparations – she didn’t even apologize. She simply rubbed the sleep from her eyes and left. No explanation, no discussion, she just went about her merry way leaving the poor Ursine family to fend for themselves.

Cancel Goldilocks: Lets end the tragic cycle of oppression.

Let's just cancel "cancel"...we will now be called "I am Nobody".....Nope, the "Cancel Culture" rejects will keep on going because it's now the "In Thing" to do and they have momentum. Meanwhile do we just sit and wait until they cancel themselves into oblivion? Or do we go in for the death grip? IDK....

As Otter in Animal House says: " Now we could do it with conventional weapons, but that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part!"
