18E Job Analysis Survey

For all you echo's. There's a survey (or at least the insructions on it) weaving its way down through the CSM/SGM channels to whom is available.

The survey will be active from the 11-22 Feb 08. If you get a chance to participate.or if ya haven't heard, please ask your chain of command to participate.

This is your chance to have a voice on what you want an 18E to be when he arrives at your unit. We can't make him everything, but we can sure try to improve what we have.

The survey will be conducted on the "Blackboard Academis Suite", instructions for access will be provided in the instructions that's making its way around once I am provided the information from the unit rep or personally from the participant.

If you participate, please don't look at this as "just another survey". We really DO try and do the right thing.

BTW, I'm the 18E training developer up in SWC DOT-D, former commo (of course) and TSGT, so I'm trying NOT to be "another staff weenie!"

Of course all correspondence reference this has to go through the normal NIPR channels. (soc.mil)
