new 18E questions

hey guys,

I'm new to team life and PS. I am filling the shoes of the only echo on the team. Does anyone have any advice, experiences, and or suggestions ?

As far as a shortage on equip...tell your TM LDR to make it a "Commanders Issues/Comments" on his briefs....

or do a shortage annex through your charlie...or whoever is signed for all the stuff...
