Kansas Gov. Brownback signs comprehensive pro-gun bill

It took us ten years to flip the state House, stiffen the Senate, and replace the Governor but we did it. Constitutional Carry passes in Kansas!

Kansas Gov. Brownback signs comprehensive pro-gun bill

A bill that would overturn city and county gun laws, expand open carry, and speed up NFA transfers was signed into law by Kansas Gov. Sam Browback Tuesday.

The new law will expand open carry in the Sunflower state while speeding up Class III device applications and limiting taxpayer funds for gun buybacks. The bill had previously passed both the state House and Senate by extremely large margins.

IMHO, the Fed won't intervene directly. However they may enact legislation which outlaws the manufacturing and sale of firing pins or trigger assemblies.

Voilent crime was pretty low before the signing, the best thing it did was prevent Chief of Police and City Councils as in Prairie Village from making their own anti-gun laws.
