Thank you all.

Long day, we went until after 11 PM last night.

Constitutional Carry and Repeal Expanded Background Checks easily passed their Senate committees and will go on.

Repeal the Magazine Ban, Make My Day Better, Repeal Expanded Background Check, CBI Produce Certificate for Gun Transferees, and No Liability for Concealed Carry all died in the House.

For more details, please go to RMGO.org and look at the Billwatch on the home page.

All of the bills will be introduced in the Senate - some of which with strong Democrat support have a chance of making it through both chambers. Unlikely as the Speaker (who gets to assign bills) is a Boulder enviro extremist.

Gathering ammo. Many of these House members are in increasingly vulnerable districts.

Thank you.

While not directly gun related, we are fighting to change state GOP leadership. So-called leadership has been squandering resources on RINOs and OGREs for national office positions. Ignoring local candidates, especially grassroots supported ones.

Yesterday in Jeffco we conducted a prairie fire op and burned off a whole herd of RINOs. We placed 2/3 liberty-minded constitutional conservatives into GOP County leadership and 20/25 as voting members to the State GOP. Similar results in several counties across this great state. We were able to pull this off (plan, prepare, act, evaluate) in less than three weeks time.

The long game is to get grassroots supported liberty-minded constitutional conservatives into State GOP leadership. That will ensure that we get strong candidates elected locally which will repeal bad gun laws and expand good gun laws. These legislative heroes/heroines will filter up to make great Senators and Representatives representing Colorado at the national level.

My goal is total extinction of the Colorado RINO.

And the next thing you know, Speaker Boner will be calling Obola to set aside more national forest land for preserves and refuges for the endangered Colorado Rhino.

Shepherded Senate bill 15-175 (Repeal the Magazine Ban) through the judiciary Committee yesterday afternoon/evening, cleaning up by providing final testimony resulting in passage on a party line vote.

The Bill will receive it's Second Reading tomorrow morning and Third Reading Thursday morning. Then it is on to the House.

We expect the bill to be sent to the kill committee (State Affairs). We have bipartisan support for this Bill on the House floor and it is likely that the Governor will sign it. Problem is the House Speaker is from Boulder, CO... There are two vulnerable Democrats on this committee that may be influenced to pass the bill out of committee so it can be voted on by the whole House.

You can support Colorado is repealing one of the heinous Bloomberg bills by signing up at RMGO.org and checking the Political Action box. You will receive emails with talking points and email addresses of legislators to contact.

I expect the bill to be heard in committee April 6th at 1330 - if you are able to come to the Capitol in Denver PM me and I'll get you setup. You can even testify remotely if you are outside on the Denver Metro area.

For Liberty
