Oh too bad..... I just received word that Wayne Ticknor, Certified CrossFit Trainer Liar and Fraud is closing his Crossfit center at Cocoa Beach.
When I exposed this lying bottom feeding scumbag I sent some "exec's" at Crossfit the story, they did nothing. So their name and the bottom feeding Crossfit liar and scum will remain on this website forever.
Five bucks says Wayne Ticknor changes his name to Nancy and opens another Crossfit facility.........
