NeverTrump

I realize and understand a person's dismay at the choice of voting between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. I attach Dennis Prager's article. Prager is one of the more logical and moral writers around today. An interesting take on the issue.

"The choice this November is tragic. As it often happens in life, this choice is between bad and worse, not bad and good.

But America has made that choice before. When forced to choose between bad and worse, we supported Joseph Stalin against Adolf Hitler, and we supported right-wing authoritarians against Communist totalitarians. "

Great article by Prager...

Here's the money quote for me:

"All the left needs is the judicial branch, especially the Supreme Court. Left-wing judges pass so many left-wing laws that they render those who control Congress, and even the White House, almost irrelevant."

This reality should be enough for any never trumper to pull their head out of their ass, and put the country first.

David Limbaugh looks at it a bit differently, though he states he will never vote for Hillary Clinton.

Quote:
Limbaugh: If Everything’s Negotiable, Let’s Negotiate

...But still, there is almost no chance that Clinton would ever govern otherwise than repugnantly. There is a chance that Trump could govern as a conservative on some issues, even if that's not his natural instinct...

...So where does that leave us? Well, I can't speak for others, but it's early and I want to see how this plays out. At the very least, I believe that conservatives should withhold their support for Trump until they can extract meaningful concessions from him on major policy issues. Precisely because Trump has no ideological rudder, we must try to get commitments from him on not just judicial appointments but also specifics of tax policy, spending, health care, entitlement reform and the rest.
