Their transgression was signing one or both of two public “Never Trump” letters during the campaign, declaring they would not vote for Trump and calling his candidacy a danger to the nation.
One letter, with 122 names, was published by War on the Rocks, a website devoted to national security commentary, during the primary season in March. The other, with 50 names, including some repeat signatories, was published by the New York Times during the general-election campaign in August.

So they signed an agreement to not support him, but are ready to support him. 
Along the same lines, I would like to see all those hollyweed fucks who threatened to move if Trump got elected held to their word or blacklisted from making any money off of this corrupt, 'capitalistical system.

Actually... The meeting was not about humiliating Romney, but rather about facilitating use of his daughters company and its data services for the greater RNC good.

After reading the letter and the names of those who signed it, it reads as a who's who of "has beens".
But I think someone already said it better, "GOP Whores" has a nice ring to it.
