Just spoke with the VFW State Commander. They have started proceeding to boot Pendlay. Here's the DD214 which Pendlay used for his membership that his wife sent someone. WOW.....I've seen some fake/forged 214's and this has to be the worst......

UPDATE: The Cowley County DA is now investigating. The DA is former military.

This guy really takes the cake. Whoever scrutinized his DD214 at the VFW post needs to have a serious talking to. That's usually the Post QM.

Even now, BRUCE ALLEN PENDLAY is claiming innocence in some respects. He's telling locals that his criminal records were "expunged"...Guess he needs to tell that to the courts...

Bruce A Pendlay; went to prison in 1989 and has 7 felony convictions; the entire time he was supposedly in the military he was in prison in OK and CO. Just got off parole in March of 2012.
