Oh, and Roycroft:
When the bottle is empty, you can break it to make a dangerous edged weapon.

LOL ! great creativity here, as well !
And Mr. Harsey, I have to admit that I have read many of the posts here on your edged weapons forum in the past and found them really educational. I am suddenly looking at all edged weapons in a whole different light ! (and I need to find a way to sharpen everything in my kitchen, too !

Funny thing, Nancy has recently committed to writing a book on "Creativity".

Terry, sir,
I have followed updates on your wife Nancy's distinguished career with great interest. I was at the University of Bath as an undergraduate and enjoyed my time there immensely.
And now I will stop hijacking Mr. Harsey's forum.

Please keep me advised on that book. Don't tell anyone but I probably have a degree in Fine Arts around here somewhere, I think it's shimming up the anvil on the stump. On occasion I might have a little exposure to some work with this alleged creativity. This is a topic "near and dear". You guys practice it all the time.

My favorite is Blanton's.

I believe that I can pop the top with demo, and still leave most of the contents in the bottle.
You sold me on the Blanton's. Thank you very much, Counsellor.
Bill Harsey is one of the most creative men I know. The boy is a walking contradiction, and I think he likes it that way.
Bill:
Scots=Skean Dhus and Claymores. Wonder what Crucible gets for 5 feet of 4" wide x 1/2" thick CPM S-30V?

Will do, Bill.
Nancy has only written 2 popular books, one "BROKEN BRAIN" was a finalist for a National Book Award, the 2d "BRAVE NEW BRAIN" was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.

TR, What do we need such High order steel for if it's just going to be a claymore? I thought they just used little ball bearings
Yes, I know what a claymore is.

Very Cool Sir Reaper, A Claymore made from S-30V! I'll negotiate the pricing but the inert atmosphere vacumn furnace to heat treat that blade suspended may be another matter. Hmmm, I'll just build it. Thanks for the high compliment, I like the contradiction part. The old saying, "it takes one to know ...". Hey Don't you have to get up in a couple hours? Get To bed!

RL:
Thanks, good job...interestingly enough "BROKEN BRAIN" which was written close to 20 years ago is still being sold, and has been translated into just about every language I can think of:
