Any reviews in regards to the 9mm Mag Pump. I have seen mixed reviews online from unvetted sources. Just inquiring if anyone has positive words before I drop the money. Thanks

It looks like a win,, but it comes with a serious ROI.

I presume you shoot at a pro-level, 2K+ rd per week?

I have used the Maglula UpLULA for 10+ yrs, but I am far from the pro level.

A friend sells them and I've played with his demo 9mm Mag Pump. Maybe if the wife went to the range more often I would consider getting one just so she could load her own magazines (and not expect me to do it for her). FWIW - I've got a Magpump for the AR magazines. I used it a few times to pre-load magazines before a match. It works as advertised but is a bit of a hassle to set it up, line everything up in the hopper (not a factor for the pistol version) and keep it topped off while loading magazines. I wouldn't recommend getting one unless you're crippled with arthritis or only loading/shooting from a fixed location where you can permanently mount the base (off a bench on a flat range). Mine hasn't been out of the box in almost a year. MOO, YMMV.

There is a cheaper model. Not a pro just love to shoot. Less time loading equals more time shooting!

Ammunition Supply ???

Local range that I use has sold out all of the popular cartridges as of Monday March 16, 2020. Other gun shops in the area have also have sold out. The dealers have not been resupplied as of today 3/19/2020. What is the situation in other areas for the people on this site?

Buy it cheap, before the crisis, and stack it deep.

Don't fight to get the last boxes after the horse is out of the barn. Keep a steady stockage on hand and buy more when it is cheap and you need more to maintain (or improve on) the minimum level. I order most of mine via the internet.

The only time you can have too much ammo is when you are swimming or are on fire.

They claim gun sales are up 35% here in Iowa and that they cannot keep up with background checks. One would think that Obama or one of his gun grabbing cronies had just been elected. I am good to go, no one will be ripping off my TP.
