Boehner says House plans to sue Obama
The House will vote next month on legislation authorizing a campaign-session lawsuit accusing President Barack Obama of failing to carry out the laws passed by Congress, Speaker John Boehner announced on Wednesday.
Why do I keep getting the feeling that this country is coming apart at the seams?

However the article doesn't really address the fact that it would appear that Obama is stepping well, well, beyond his predecessors.

They use to call Boehner Tobacco John. During key votes concerning big tobacco he was literally handing out checks from Tobacco companies on the senate floor. The only thing someone like Boehner is loyal to is the system that got him where he is today.

I'm sure this'll fix everything, just as finding appointed lackeys in contempt and sending subpoenas for records has.
I wonder if he gets to name all of the several parties in the "suit" who facilitated the transgressions... that would be alot of paper.

I sure hope that little Johnny doesn't cry when his latest political brain fart fails.
Obama will be sitting back home in Chicago or Los Angeles, Columbia Law faculty lounge...or the Supreme Court (Constitutional scholar and all) before this thing yields anything but political theatre.
