COL Joseph E. Andrade
COL Joseph Edward Andrade, 70, of El Dorado Hills, CA, passed away on December 31, 2018.
He held many positions in Special Forces.
He was my Battalion Commander in 3/1 SFG(A). A great man and a very good commander. Rest in Peace and prayers for his family.
