OK, I see how you might take it that way. Really it was intended that "they" (as I indicated) may be the ones in for a wild ride. I left in '69 so just a spectator for awhile now.

Mayor Bill de Blasio will be able to afford “free” health care for all of the city's residents as soon as Ocasio-Cortez gets her 70% tax hike approved.
...of course, Darth Bader doesnt need free New York Health care - the empire probably provided her with a pretty good package that is WAAY better than the free health care that will be doled out to the peasants in NYC
Just more of New Yorkers getting what New Yorkers want.
Schumer
de Blasio
Gillibrand
Cuomo
Hell, between the city council and the house, they kept Carlos Danger in office for almost 20 years.
They hired a carpetbagger from Arkansas to be a senator based on her experience as a politicians wife.
New York New York - the city that is so great they had to name it twice.

Box,
Don't forget that carpetbagger was originally from the People's Republic of Chicago

They cause more harm than we can handle now....jesus what programs do they have that is not already supplemented by fed tax money? the issue is the state is becoming un attainable for working people their and the are leaving only to be replaced by welfare recipient illegals
Governor Newsom can only do the stupid socialism type harm the feds are willing to pay for....tax the movie stars 90% flat rate no loop holes and let them share their enormous wealth to support the people they want in California so bad
Ever notice how when the Democrats are in power they like border security but when they start losing elections they want the underclass to come in.....who is it that said that socialism is a wonderful system until you run out of other peoples money?
Lets pass a law that if you are famous, wealthy and publicly support welfare programs, immigration that as a law you must reside in the state that takes in the most freeloaders and must lose tax protections etc.....you pay 90% until you get it....but no more shilling for a states leftist policy in a place you will not reside and the 90% tax they want is straight up flat tax no hiding from it behind walls in fact lets make a law that their are no more laws and the socio economic neighborhoods where they live can no longer have home value protections if the poor want a trailer next door then that is the deal if a neighbor wants a trailer park with welfare recipients next door within their walls no calling in favors, let the homeless set up cardboard and tarp shelters around their walls and let them pay the cost of scooping up the shit and soak the urine smell......oh yeah a well researched dossier on the areas they live and then submit laws to rid them of their protections and ordinances they play ignorant too.
You enable it you get a ticket to the ride

The ultimate book of E-tickets.
And all the SS-level of armed security at the venues hosting the several annual Mutual Masturbation Society award shows each year are gone, including all the gatekeepers in the neighborhoods up in the hills south of Ventura Blvd and Malibu Canyon. Capitol Police? Gone. Fences? Gone.

Oh, my goodness. Thank you for pointing that out. How FOGist and excluding of me.
For the younger visitors:
In what are apparently the Olden Days, one purchased ticket books for various rides & attractions at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA.*(see Note below) These tickets were lettered A thru E, in ascending "value" as to what kind of attraction they would get you into. 'A' was the lowest in terms of cool stuff but had value if you wanted to hop on one of the modes of transport to quickly move around the park from Frontierland to the other side of Tomorrowland. 'E' - of which there were only a few - got you into the good stuff and, like a county fair, if you wanted more they would be glad to take your parents' money or your paper-route/lawn-mowing cash to purchase more individually. But those were the ones that weren't "wasted" because they got you onto things like the Matterhorn Bobsled and, much later, the socialistic & moralistic decline of certain areas of the USA.
Thank you for visiting. Please keep your arms & legs inside the ride at alll times.
Note 1: It was the only one, there was no "Disney World" in Florida or anywhere else, let alone a resort conglomerate or cruise line. Its competition was Marineland and Knott's Berry Farm and Pacific Ocean Park, this last being a real carnival atmosphere on a pier that might fall into the ocean.

I'm pretty sure that I've still got some A tickets filed away somewhere.
You forgot Lion Country Safari and Busch Gardens. Marineland is now a Trump golf course.

Heh, neat. Yeah, Busch Gardens was in the valley nearby. (Contrary to scuttle-butt, my buddies & I found out they did NOT hand out samples to just anyone.) Never got to Lion Country Safari... probably a sub-division now. Pretty red country back then, though. Glad to have that place & time to grow up in.
So I suppose if RBG is working from home they can plug her into the wall and not worry about that lithium battery pack.

I found a very rare photo of Darth Bader Ginsburg taken in her home while she is recuperating...
...working from home isnt that hard for her - her meditation chamber is designed to facilitate the healing process.

Being a Victorian-era steampunk machination, Vader-Ginsberg must undergo a complete and slow rebooting process in order to make human-like movements and speech patterns in order to interact with humans. Not like Occasional-Cortex, the freshman congress critter from NYC, who can light automatically up when a camera is placed in front of her. Sadly, Occasional-Cortex is just that and is unable to string together enough coherent terms to allow her to construct a logical argument.
