Freedom of Speech in Calif now unlawful.

Is Sen. Scott Wiener, retarded? Why does calif we make a "law" that will not be enforced?

I think the socialists/communists in calif want a civil war.




New California law allows jail time for using wrong gender pronoun, sponsor denies that would happen

California health care workers who “willfully and repeatedly” decline to use a senior transgender patient's “preferred name or pronouns” could face punishments ranging from a fine to jail time under a newly signed law.

California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the legislation last week.

The sponsor, Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener, has argued adamantly that nobody is going to be criminally prosecuted for using the wrong pronoun.

And on the other side of the coin, CA downgraded the intentional spreading of HIV from a felony to a misdemeanor. WTF?!!!

Having lived in San Diego for a few years in the late 70's and early 80's while in the Navy I understand the sun, the beaches, the weather, the mountains, redwoods...all the wonderful things about the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. None of the good stuff would make me want to endure the government there now, I don't understand how there are any normal people left in the state.

Some days they make it seem like the US would be better off building a wall around California than along the border with Mexico.
