The prosecution failed to prove anything except that they should never have brought this to trial or charged Chauvin with a crime.

Maxine Waters needs to be immediately impeached and removed from congress.

Special Prosecutor Blackwell needs to be disbarred from practicing law.

If I ever need a good defense lawyer, Mr. Nelson is high on my list.

This trial (should) end in a not guilty finding, will (likely) end in a mistrial/hung jury, but with everything wrong with our country...Of. Chauvin will be found guilty of manslaughter and...

Minneapolis and other large cities will burn again for several nights and a number of people including the police will suffer death as a result of our deteriorating civic environment.

"The burn" will occur regardless of result. I'm unable to discern the difference between celebration, protest, riot and demonstration any longer.

To be a jury on that case is high stakes. Convict or not to convict. If you convict you may be okay. if you don't convict, your information gets released on the internet. You are harassed and possibly targeted for not convicting an officer that was preventing from causing further harm to himself or others.

On another note $27 million dollars is an astronomical amount of money for a person. My company just paid out a 7-figure settlement to a widow for her deceased husband. He died because of no fault to the company but because of his own negligence. That $27 million was mostly symbolic and sets a dangerous precedence for the future

X-ring. The same thing happens with free-agents in sports. What happened with someone previously becomes the benchmark. A guy could say "I'm very happy here, my wife is happy, the kids like their school and I"m playing a game for $8M a year, so why would I want to move?"

And the cartel & his peers will vilify him "Don't you DARE settle for those crumbs! Do you want to destroy everyone else's bargaining power going forward?!?!"

I agree, those people really don't have a conscience and no matter what happens, they will continue to burn, loot, damage and maim. The fabric of our society has eroded, people have become seriously flawed in generosity and caring for human life. That city is destroyed and it reminds me of the Movie Escape From New York.

Look at Portland, they continue to create chaos and destruction and it's been almost a year. It's sad, so very sad.....

Biden calling the family is also questionable conduct during the trial and jury deliberations.

Will the Verdict be leaked to the MSM before the Judge gets it ? Will the Judge declare a mis-trial after weeks of a no-decision by the jury ? How long will the jury deliberate the case ? over or under hours, days, weeks, months ?... My guess is the jury is dead-locked and mis-trial declared. New Judge, New Jury, New Prosecutor, New Defense Team, Change of Venue....Wait & See....Protect yourself at all times...

Had the Alton sterling family ask for peace/peaceful protests. It might calm some folks that were going to be responsible anyway, but folks that just want to watch the world burn and just waiting for the verdict like a starter pistol hoping the anonymity of the mob will protect them from arrest or prosecution. The lack of follow through on the prosecution of even the most violent among the protesting folks just let's everyone know they can probably keep pushing it further.
