DHS weighs laptop ban on flights from Europe

The Department of Homeland Security is weighting the pros (anti-terrorism) against the cons (travel disruption) of banning large electronics like laptops in the cabins of flights to the US from Europe.

When you consider the amount of work done on transatlantic flights, they aren't taking this lightly. Just the distruption alone could be seen as a small terrorist "win", though certainly not on the scale of splasing a Boeing 777.
