New Light Armor? Nous Defions
Spotted last nite at the Camp Mackall PX.
I think they may be cadre from the Land-Nav course?

Looks like a major improvement to the light armor rumors that have been going around?

No headgear ?
No reflective belt ?

Unsat - that dirtbag probably has morale patches on his uniform hidden under that armor. I'll bet he even has on Hi-Tec boots and an A7 strap as a belt.
