If so, BOLO for Lester Kent Brown, who may appear from Elko, Nevada wearing bogus Special Forces insignia, bogus Ranger insignia, bogus Jump wings, bogus SCUBA badge, bogus rank (SFC and MSG seem to be interchangeable for him, who left active duty as a Specialist Four).
