A tribute to the selfless work of Gary Sinise

Thought you all might want to see this tribute to Gary Sinise - with some accolades that will be surprising.

From the Gateway Pundit: (Note here: I changed the spelling of his name here in the quotes to the correct spelling.)

"Ever since he played “Lieutenant Dan” in the Hollywood hit “Forrest Gump,” actor Gary Sinise has made helping veterans a big part of his life.

He’s traveled the world entertaining the men and women in the military, hitting USO events and performing with the Lt. Dan Band.

Because of his humanitarian work with troops, Sinise has even been named an honorary U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and an honorary Marine by the Commandant of the Marine Corps. Year after year, the Gary Sinise Foundation raises more than $30 million for the troops, with much of the money going to build smart homes for the disabled.

In the video below, released Monday, Sinise is asked to sit down and watch a video on a laptop. His reaction is priceless."

If you haven't read it already, "Grateful American" by Gary Sinise is an excellent book.
