Thanks Team Sergeant!
I'm a meat-eater also and I just placed an order for some.

Gail is GOOD PEOPLE!!! I've been like a son to them, ever-since I started running around with his son Jess E the III about 35 years ago. I have seen Mr. Hall hand out the small containers to waitresses, cooks, other wait-staff HUNDREDS of times, he'd just smile at them and just tell them that if they like it, the phone number (now web-site) is on the label!! They've sold THOUSANDS of pounds this way!!

There's a "Framed" letter in their house from someone on a rig in the North Atlantic that goes something like "Jess Hall you sorry SOB!!! You got me hooked on this stuff and I can't find any way to GET IT!! Find enclosed a $100.00 Bill, please send me as much as this will buy!!"

Big Jess sent him a SUBSTANTIAL amount of Serendipity, along with the $100.00 bill!!

Like I said, they are GOOD PEOPLE!!

Take care.
Martin

I ordered a 4 pound tub of Serendipity Seasoned salt, that was it. They sent me 2x 14 OZ shakers of Serendipity Seasoned salt, and 2x salt and pepper shakers for free.

I try not to use salt on a regular basis, but I'm going to order some w/o MSG.

TS or AM, have you tried his chili mix?

YES!!! And it is GREAT!!! They also have a (some?) Rubs that are OUTSTANDING!!

The Serendipty Season Blend (Without Salt) is fantastic . My favorite for it, is to sprinkle it on bacon before you cook it. Whether in a microwave or a skillet, it makes any bacon unbelieveably delicious!!

Glad you like it, as I stated it's different! I use it on quite a bit of items, such as grilled squash, asparagus, & zucchini. If I'm not making a peppercorn sauce or some other sort of sauce, I'll just use it instead of just seasoning.

note: remove the pan from the stove top before adding the Cognac.

You're taking all of the fun out of cooking!

Excellent timing, Team Sergeant! I have a gigantic bone-in rib eye in the fridge right now. I will prepare it using this recipe and the seasoned salt tonight!

Thank you!!
